<p>Both Instructive and Enjoyable helping to Develop patience, Dexterity, Stamina, Self Discipline and Creativity.</p>
<p>The Foolhardy Folk have been together for over twenty years and during that time have amassed a wealth of skills and experiences which we bring to our circus workshops.</p>
<p>Performances at venues throughout the world as far a field as Thailand, and Newcastle and venues that include 2000 seat theatres and circus tents, shopping centres festivals and streets mean that our workshops can be tailored to your needs be it a drama group or under tens at a play scheme.</p>
<p>We can basically cater for all ages from 5 years up to 95 years or higher if there is a demand from you centenarians out there.</p>
<p>We also have experience working with disabled children and ADHD children running very recently successful play schemes with Suffolk Social Services.</p>

<p><b>Tightrope</b></p>
<p>We have our own free standing low tightrope ideal for beginners as well as those with some experience in this discipline.</p>
<p><b>Juggling</b></p>
<p>Our training methods have been developed with the help and expertise of numerous artistes we have worked with over many years and have evolved into a simple but effective system which can guarantee results and satisfaction in a very short period of time, Using method we are able to bring Students to a three ball exchange standard within ten to fifteen minutes.</p>
<p><b>Devil Stick</b></p>
<p>Yet again using easy to learn methods we encourage participants to develop a feel for this discipline learning weighting and balance techniques before moving onto harder skills giving a sense of achievement from the off. Essential to the mastering of what is one of our most difficult toys.</p>
<p><b>Diablo</b></p>
<p>Our instruction in Diablo techniques is very comprehensive beginning with the with the types of Diablo's their respective pluses and minuses stick types and string length and also care of the same. Starting with how to get your Diablo spinning we can teach numerous tricks from the easy to very hard and have instructors who can teach double Diablo and routine level.</p>
<p><b><img vspace="10" hspace="10" align="left" src="/files/userfiles/image/Page%20Pictures/side_workshops_graphic_02.jpg" alt="New Skills" style="width: 167px; height: 397px;" />Spinning Plates</b></p>
<p>An old perennial of any circus skills workshop and a favourite with both children and adults alike, from its perceived simplicity. There are in fact five different methods to get your plate spinning and numerous tricks once its spinning in fact we are inventing new tricks all the time.</p>
<p><b>Poi &ndash; Poi and Club spinning</b></p>
<p>Poi-poi is a very popular art at the moment especially at night using glow poi or fire poi which can create a very mesmerizing and entertaining experience for your audience.</p>
<p><b>Unicycle</b></p>
<p>Of course not easy but with perseverance and correct instruction a great skill to acquire. We now boost 8 unicycles that fit 4 year old through to fully grown adults. So no excuses, have fun!</p>
<p>Speed and nimble hands probably the hardest manipulative skill and why it is rarely seen performed. now's your chance circus enthusiasts. you can practice here, there is rumour that Cosmo is fairly good.</p>
