Circus Tent 40ft by 40ft or 64ft by 40ft (with black out) Seating for 200 or 400 people.

Required space:
Space required for erection of tent and vehicle parking - 100ft x 80ft

Tent material:
The tent material [ No. PE 680 206 ] conforms to BS 5438 : 1989 [tests 2a and 2b] and to BS 5438 : 1980 [our test cert, No. - BTX 03616/TEX/93]

Rigging:
All rigging [ if required ] comes with builders Test Certificates.

Seating:
All seating is erected with the required aisle safety distances for emergency exiting [rules 13.30, 13.31, 13.32, 13.34, 13.35 Govt. Safety guidelines][1.65 metres]

Electrical equipment:
All electrical equipment is protected by RCD circuit breakers which conform to the requirements outlined in BS 7671 : 1992

Generator:
Honda GX340 with gas conversion, 5kva.

Lighting system:
Eltec 16 channel desk with dimmer packs, Follow spot, two fresnel lamps, two profile lamps, two minuette lamps, two Halogens, Strobe light, and UV tubes, hyper moon and star burst.

Sound system:
TOA power mixer ( 500watts ) MX-601, Sony Midi disc player MDS-Je500, Technics twin cassette deck RS-TR333, Audio Tech HZ 300w 8ohms speakers, numark twin cd mixer and Acer labtop.

Fire:
All fire extinguishers are serviced each year by The Fire Extinguisher man, and stamped accordingly.

Exit points:
Four exit points are located around the tent and are operated in accordance with BS 5499/2560

Insurance:
Public Liability Insurance is registered with First Act Insurance London for £5,000,000.
